At The Wit pet friendly apartments in Oshkosh, we provide onsite pet washing station, an outdoor fenced dog park, and a location that’s close to walking paths and parks –– all so your pet can enjoy the same luxury living that you experience daily!

Pet Restrictions & fees
Two pets (cats and dogs) are allowed per residence. Exotic animals are not permitted. All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. We also require all pets to have an up-to-date rabies vaccine and a copy of this to be on file with the office.
Breed restricted dogs include Akita, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.
We understand how important pets are to our residents, and the fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. $40 monthly pet rent is required for each pet along with a $250 non-refundable security deposit.
